Zero accountability here.I called about 7 different times to get scheduled to get my referral into the system and drove 2 hours to get to the appointment all to be told that they had forgotten to ask me what my insurance was and they couldnt take my insurance but if I wanted to pay $300 I could still be seen. The receptionist was very kind patient and understanding but I couldnt believe they wouldnt right their mistake not her fault.

I went in for a ct scan and the women in there acted like it was their first day on the job… couldn’t work together at all then contrast was spilled in my face….super sticky stuff and a gauze pad was handed to me. Didn’t faze it. Then…after ELEVEN days I called my doctor to find some results and he didn’t have any The radiologist didn’t know why. I have cancer in the salivary gland and have waited this long and longer if I had not had AN AMAZING amazing doctor dr Csaszar following up on it. Do I recommend Epic of Happy Valley. Absolutely NOT.

In the past Ive had my mammograms at the Portland 102nd office but this time went to Happy Valley which is much closer. I was extremely impressed. The staff was courteous and efficient and they were careful to maintain social distancing and cleanliness guidelines.I want to give a special shoutout to Yuliya my technician. She explained everything clearly was extremely professional and very friendly. She made the whole experience as pleasant as possible. Thank you.

I had a mammogram at Epic last month the actual exam was professional and efficient.I had issues with insurance coverage. I spoke with Katy who promptly worked out all the details to my utmost satisfaction.I appreciate the effort she expended and the follow up as well.Great costumer service.
