Thomas Greig Smith Dr Lotman is responsible for researching a rare disease that overwhelmed my body. Without him I may have not survived! He not only found this monster but within hours reversed the condition and I believe saved my life, using the latest intravenous immunoglobulin in the nick of time. It is nearly a year later, from a condition then involving my paralysis, I am now walking! He also stood by my side through the night when my dear wife had a subarachnoid brain hemorrhage and worked his hardest and found the medication that saved her life. There aren't enough stars on the entire page. Our thanks to DR Lotman.

Hes not a bad doctor I perfer his nurse practitioner only for the simple fact she answers all my questions . Takes forever to get a appointment.

My insurance doesn’t require a referral. Dr. Lotman receptionist refused to make an appointment for my husband when he can’t remember what I has said 5 minutes ago, he is having trouble walking, and has slurred speech. I guess he has forgotten his ethical duties as doctor. If I could have given a zero I would have!

I have been a been seeing Dr. Lotman for year he is very polite and ask me how I have been doing and even comes out to see me in the waiting room; He has a new assistance I have only seen her a few times so I have to wait to see how it goes with her, But so far not to bad seeing her she does answer all my questions.

Dr. Lotman seems nice enough, but fails miserably as a self-thinking doctor. He treated my boyfriend very dismissively. BF is suffering from Post-Concussion Syndrome and Dr. Lotman would not listen to his problems from that and just disregarded what we were telling him, listening to "books" and dogma instead of his patients. He listened, but only seemed to act at listening as he only prescribed sleeping med, NEVER gave us any help, understanding, or possible treatment for unhealed Concussion over 2 yrs now. Seems like very effectual doctor for some conditions but not for others. Seem to not know how, or be scared to think outside the box. Do not see him for Post-concussion Syndrome.
