They refused to see me after six months of appointments. They could have informed me that my referral was incorrect months before, yet they only did this the night before the appointment (after 5pm no less). Then they lied claiming they had. Then the office staff refused to let me talk to the provider, claiming they didn't have their (the provider's) phone number. I've never been treated worse by a medical office.

The doctors are knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk checkin should be replaced with a self check-in kiosk. It would make for a more friendly experience

watched a physical therapist named Julie yell and scream at one of the secretaries in a hostile and demeaning tone when I went to drop a a dutch bros off. I was absolutely mortified that they can treat their workers like that. I heard the worker crying in the back. I can only imagine how she's treats patients that are also struggling...... I hope Hr can help that poor worker.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star . Worst medical facility I've been to in my entire life. The staff here barely know what's even going on. They are Very unprofessional. There pediatric nurses have no bed side manner whatsoever. Not a good choice for any child's medical care

I have to say that I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone here that I have dealt with. I am not a person that likes to go to the doctor and recently I’ve had to have some pretty invasive things done. Everyone went out of their way to make it as pleasant as possible. Thank you.

I have received stellar service from my doctors at NBMC. Drs. Mc Andrew, Tersigni, and others who are no longer there, have resolved my issues and taken care of me. Medical Imaging, surgery, emergency clinic, they all have added to a very positive experience for me. We are lucky to have a facility such as this in this community.

In April of this year, Randall Jennings, orthopedic "Dr" at the NBMC, willfully and with malicious intent, endangered the health and welfare of one of his patients and then conspired with NBMC administration to conceal this fact from his colleagues and the public. Stay away !

they do not care about what YOU think is wrong with you, they go strictly by the book and it ends in people hurting and/or dying. If you're looking for help for your mental health, you may as well go to Eugene or anywhere else. I was told by my doctor I would have a referral for me, from her sent to coos health and wellness so i could actually start therapy and after i called them, they never heard anything. i also tried talking about several problems i was experiencing because of my mental illnesses and i was completely dismissed, it was barely mentioned again, i then was told Im an insomniac and have severe anxiety, but was NEVER actually diagnosed and was medicated the weakest of sleep meds they could give me, as if i havent already tried regular sleeping pills, but nothing for anxiety and/or depression.

Dr. Maddox and his team are wonderful. They were kind, caring, and effectively addressed my concerns. I appreciate their excellent care.
