I first met Dr. Kusuda in the ER because I had a lodged kidney stone that the PA on call didn't even know where to begin with. They called Dr. Kusuda and he patiently tried multiple ways to remove it that would cause the least pain. He and the amazing nurse, Rebecca, were successful. Comfort is important to Dr. Kusuda. He was kind, explained everything, and accomplished the job with minimum discomfort.

I have suffered with a Kidneystone disease all my life. I’m so grateful for Dr. Kusuda and his staff for being so prompt and attentive to me. It’s wonderful to know when I awake from surgery, his is smiling and ready to greet me. He’s empathetic, caring and very knowledgeable about my condition and always eager to help. Great man!

Wife went to bay area er. She has a 27mm kidney stone stuck in her uritor. Got referred to this doctor too have stone removed no later than 7 days from er visit. Upon calling his office, was told no openings for over a month....she is in severe pain and the office receptionist said to deal with it that it didn't form overnite. In shock that our health care system even allows people like this too work in this field...my wife will be visiting bay area emergency room every nite until something is done. Talked with the er again and they said that kusudo is the only one they refer...I'm calling bs...getting on the phone with insurance company...and my attorney
