I live out of town and called to get an appointment because my hearing aide wasn't working correctly. I didn't need an appointment for them to look at it. Anyone can just drop in, if they are need to during business hours. The staff is nice. They fixed my hearing aide free of charge due to the hearing aide still being under warranty. They fixed the app on my phone. Over all a good first experience with this company.
