Dr. Maziarz oversaw my treatment for AML with chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant. Even though the odds were against me it was his brilliance in understanding the science behind the treatment that lead to what is considered a cure. In addition his insight into treating GvHD lead to recovery that exceeded my expectation.

Dr. Maziarz directed my care to put marginal zone Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma and hemolytic anemia into remission. He listened carefully and treated me respectfully, answering all questions. He was tactful with others who worked with me so everything went smoothly.

Dr. Maziarz is amazing. A doctor with compassion and stellar knowledge! He explains his treatment plan and always listens to patient questions and concerns. He is an expert in stem cell transplants. I could not have made the journey without him and his FNP, Susan Slater. I recommend this team!

If I could I would rate this physician a ZERO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHYSICIAN OR THE OHSU CANCER UNIT ON 14k IN THE KOHLER PAVILION. They don't have a CLUE about what they are doing. Check internet in the near future for more detailed info and facts
