I was a client of this clinic!! They have bad personal 60% of them they will let you die. Because of them I have alcers, they did malpractice on me!! The Mgm through me out with my service dog.😡😡😡😡😡😡

I recently switched to this clinic for my newborn daughter's care. It has been a great experience so far. The phones are always answered promptly and I easily got in contact with a nurse on call when I called after hours. The pediatrician is very kind and knowledgeable and the nurses that gave her immunizations were quick and skilled. The facility is beautiful and has a pharmacy and eye clinic along with standard services.

This clinic scammed me. I went for dental appointment to discuss options. Dentist pushed me to take X-rays then said they were not capable of helping me, only basic services provided (fillings) and extractions only if emergency. I was told there would be no charge, low income senior. I received a bill for $135 two weeks later. I called to discuss, accounts receivable said, “you owe it, I suggest you pay it”. I made partial payment, hoping to set up payment plan. One month later they sent me to collection for $92.00. LOSERS. They prey on the old and poor, collecting on state supported programs. Avoid at all cost!

At my last appointment with Dr. Jacobs Lyn , I ask for her to look at something , and she refused too and she made no attempts to address what I went there for , I left there with out getting any help for my Health Problems , It was a waist of time and money for me and that's the reason I hate going there , I get no help in the 7 years of going there , they get paid the same for not helping me and I know I'm not the only one

How u treat people is important.

Makes no sense, Drs here can examine you over the phone now, without looking at you physically, literally!!! At first, when you would call a clinic or hospital, they would tell you "we can't diagnose a patient over the phone but now they can. I guess technology has really changed. I guess you can put the phone on your forehead to check temperature for during the phone examination! The ladies behind the desk are just sitting there talking amongst themselves

Would give 0 star if I could. I've made many attempts for few different reasons recently to contact someone here. No one has contacted me back. Mychart is a failure as well, no one messages me back. I can't even get a refill for my kids medicine, I can't get an appointment if it were needed, I can't get a hold of anyone at all. To me this facility has failed to provide quality care. Apart from all of this I received an "accident positive covid result" then another stating that wasn't for me that results were negative.

I have gone here for dental and then for my COVID vaccine. I have found everyone to be pleasant and helpful. They messaged me that I was able to get COVID vaccine and when I went in they were so organized, that other than wait time after vaccine I would have been there 5 minutes

They need better personel, some people been there forever and no change.

Great people, everyone there is so helpful and professional.
