First time experience having a colonoscopy. Staff was amazing , felt listen too, gave me information I could follow, also very professional. Would recommend the entire staff.

Dr. Bombeck has seen me for colonoscopies, colon polyps, and breast cancer- partial mastectomy. He is very direct and maybe his bedside manor isn't loved by all. Having said that he is an excellent doctor who not only help me to avoid colon cancer but did an excellent job with my partial mastectomy. I would rather have an expert doctor in his field who tells it to me straight than someone who has a good bedside manor. I would recommend him to anyone even my own family.

My Primary care physician referred me to Bombeck for a hemorrhoids. While there, he was anything but gentle and his bedside manner is HORRIBLE!! He told me that he thought that I had anal cancer and advised me to be my phone so that he could give me the results on Friday. After not hearing from him all day, Friday, I called his office and was informed he wouldn't be in his office until next week. So, I will have to worry for the next four days with the thought that I could have cancer. My first impressions of him were NOT good. My final impressions of him are now at the lowest. Calling my primary physician to see what can be done and to get me another doctor. He is the WORST physician that I have ever visited with Corvallis Clinic. If I do have cancer..... he will not be any part of it. I hurt worse after him working on me than when I went in to see him. No compassion for people, at all!! Rough, bad bedside manner and untruthful. If a Doc says he will call, he should call. I will NEVER see him again.

Dr Bombeck was very careful to listen to me, examine me, and then give me a non surgical solution to my problem. His solution is working. I would go see him again for sure and follow his recommendations

Dr. Bombeck instilled confidence the moment we met with him. He has a very down to earth and warm personality. We were glad that He was the doctor that operated on my wife for her thyroidectomy. We would heartily recommend him! Very good doctor!
