Dr. Rivers was absolutely wonderful communicating with my 9 year old. He was very uneasy about being in a gown and such.. We had a great experience. I would recommend her 1000%.

Dr. Rivers’s handling of our son’s tongue tie issue was extremely disappointing. She made us wait three weeks before performing the procedure and then failed to thoroughly clip his tie. Because of this we chose to have his second revision done by another physician. Her office needed to send a referral for this, but failed to promptly do so. I had to contact them multiple times for it to be sent. His tie was severe enough that he was unable to transfer enough milk to sustain himself and therefore needed to be supplemented until it was revised properly. This should have been a matter of days, instead it was not properly revised until he was two months old. This lead to a slew of issues with our breastfeeding. She seemed uninterested in revising his tie from our first appointment and seemed to be pushing us toward another doctor so that she wouldn’t have to do it. I wish I had followed my instincts and done just that.
