Dr. Richard was very patient and did a thorough job. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I was stressed about whether or not my insurance could cover my visit and was thinking about cancelling because otherwise I wouldn't be able to afford any treatment, he assured me there wouldn't be a problem with billing. He is very understanding and treats you like a real person which is very refreshing, having gone through very dehumanizing doctors visits in the past in the area. Him and his team are great.

I had a very pleasant experience at Falgoust Eye Medical and Surgical. The staff was professional and knowledgable. The office was clean and welcoming and I didn't have a long wait time. I had an appointment with Dr. Richard. He was very attentive and addressed all of my issues. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends.
