Dr. Van De Graff found I had maligent melanoma, not only did he save my life, he was very compassionate. His Assistant was awesome as well. Heading back to have him see if I am done with this fight.

Dr. Van De Graaff was so personable and professional. He (In one appointment!) took care of something I had been suffering with for 5 months. He has a way of looking right at the Patient in the eyes, and talking to them about their situation where you know he is present and listening as well. I was very impressed and so grateful to have found a Dermatologist so knowledgeable. I will happily drive from Silverton to see Dr. Van De Graaff in the future if I have any other dermatologic needs. Thank you!

I had hair loss, my primary Dr refer me to him. he just look from a distance and says okay hair loss because stress. he didn't even look to my scalp. then take $250 for that. what the hell

Went to him as a new patient. I am 25 and have been consistently losing my hair for about a year. I've tried consulting my regular Dr, who ran labs and determined my levels were in check. She referred me to this dermatologist. After our initial meeting he sent me to get the same set of labs (basic vitamin levels and cell counts, he also included a thyroid test this time) I had done 3 months ago (takes me a bit to get the money to go back). Afterwards I got a call from his receptionist that all my levels were fine, and the next step was to "go down the list". That was the last i ever heard from him. I have reached out to his reception team on numerous occasions and just received a bill for 480 for the labs that got us nowhere. Come to find out from talking to hairdressers that I was washing my hair too much... He didnt even ask about my washing procedure. Find someone who actually cares about the wellbeing of their patients. Or at least has the decency to say I don't know what the issue is, but here is what we can do.
