Sorry, all these reviews are false. I have seeing Dr. Gamelin for over 10 years, she the most compassionate doctor I have ever experienced. If she does not the answer she seek out her colleagues to her solve the problem. She tries real hard to be on time, it the patients that make her late. She may came from Canada, it was Oregon that wanted her cause we were short on doctors. She excellent doctor and you need a doctor that truly care I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. GAMELIN!!

I have been seeing Dr Gamelin since she started at CFM and I have never been dissappointed. She is a sincere, caring and concerned physician. She has always taken the utmost care of myself and my husband. I feel very fortunate to have found her as my primary care physician and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Regardless of a patient's health, a doctor should never embarrass and humiliate their patient. Not only did she humiliate me, but also insinuated I was lying. Find someone else to go to who has integrity, compassion and empathy which she clearly does not.

Dr Gamelin is patient with all my numerous needs. I get an appointment promptly and the wait is never long. My husband sees her too and thinks she's great. They clinic is clean and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend Corvallis family Medicine.

Although she is my "primary care" physician, I have never yet been able to even meet her. Instead you see Angie Bean, who is a "physician's assistant", a nice enough person but specifically NOT a physician.Then, if you have some question about your visit , or your condition, they will have HER assistant call you... who knows absolutely nothing. Is Angie is "too busy" seeing all the patients that Lara Gamelin is supposed to be seeing? This, after being shifted between 3 primary physicians in two years, is not an acceptable protocol. How do these people stay in business???? Run away... while you can still run.

Dr. Gamelin is very open, caring and professional. Very easy to talk to.

She is extremely compassionate and competent, which is the perfect combination in a pcp. When she came to a problem that she was not as familiar with, instead of brushing me off or not taking me seriously, she referred me to a specialist - the perfect response. I don't expect my pcp to be as knowledgeable on every subject as a specialist would be, but I do hope that they will always own up to it and refer me to someone who is. That is exactly what Dr. Gamelin did.

Dr Gamelin is the best doctor at Corvallis Family medicine. If you can't get her, go elsewhere since the other doctors aren't helpful. She is knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to quickly arrow down my nerve problems to possible MS and get me to a specialist. She is somewhat conservative with birth control, she has a no IUD unless you are married policy, but she is great otherwise.
