Came in thinking I had strep throat and had to wait over 2 hours to see a doctor. Granted they were backed up doing Covid tests but as I sat in the lobby looking and feeling terrible it seemed ridiculous that I wasn’t given any sort of priority. Why wouldn’t you treat a obviously sick person instead of testing people for Covid who appear perfectly healthy. After waiting I was misdiagnosed with a tonsil abscess and sent to the ER where they diagnosed it as tonsillitis and gave me steroids, antibiotics and anti-nausea meds. I would not come back to this facility for urgent care when the ER is just down the road and was actually faster and far more helpful.

Took walk-ins for COVID 19 rapid tests, only took about an hour from start to finish and was open until 6pm when most other places closed at 5pm. Staff was pleasant and they took our insurance without a co-pay for the test.
