The staff was polite, caring, efficient, professional, and friendly. We arrived as walk ins and my son was treated quickly. All this in the middle of Covid when no one else was even making appointments. I appreciate all these folks did for us and would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone needing an urgent care in the area. Thanks again Nova Care!

I understand everyone is busy right now and short staffed. Set expectations up front. I was told it would be an hour wait which turned into almost 4 hours. Found out 3 hours in that i was reprioritized based on walk in urgent Care patients. Level setting from the start would have made a difference. Not sure I will ever choose to go there again.
