I changed my PCP to Dr. Chaffee last December only to find out some months later that he was leaving the practice at 641 Miller. I am disappointed that he accepted a new patient when he knew he was leaving to begin a new practice elsewhere. In his favor, I did like him and was comfortable with his service. For me it is a lack of ethical judgment about informing patients.

Dr. Chaffee is the best primary dr. for me. He’s very attentive, patient and uses words/terms that can actually understand. He’s just an all around nice man who happens to be a Dr.

I have been a patient for 14 years. Always kind, caring accurate on diagnosis and made me keep up with labs and tests and follow-ups. Because of the virus scheduling he has been able to spend more time with patients. He was able to sit down and spend 30 minutes with me explaining my condition. I trust him.

Dr Chaffee is a bad joke. He dropped my mom after many years. He gave no notice, just a fax to the care home she was in. Nothing to the family. He hasn't responded to repeated requests from family and care home. He is a disgrace to the medical profession!

Husband visited this Dr office today. I asked my husband to have a PSA test done along with his regular bloodwork. Dr refused to do it because of his age, and said that at his age they won't do anything anyway, and told my husband to tell his wife to "get over it." I would not recommend his office. I was considering transferring to his office myself, but won't be doing that now! People need to stand up for their own healthcare! And this wife WILL NOT BE GETTING OVER IT. She will be encouraging her husband to find a new doctor.
