She is a smart doctor and was helpful with tracking down a histamine issue and helping me with asthma. She has a heavy accent which makes her very hard to understand however, I had to ask her to repeat herself numerous times.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I went in for a consult with Dr. Alice Chou. She not very communicative and has limited to no bedside manner. She left me at the end of the visit without even saying anything. She also performed an allergy test on me and didn't give a heads up about the fees that would involved in said test. In the moment I was in too much discomfort to even consider. I was shocked when I received a bill for over $500. I wrote a letter of hardship to Dr. Alice Chou and the best she could do was offer me 10% off the bill. Not only do I recommend avoiding this physician, but the entire Allergy & Asthma Center office. You wont receive good service here. I still have symptoms and a hefty bill to boot. Perhaps try Oregon Allergy Associates.

Go to oak street or see another physician in the office. Chou has binned side manor. A doctor should care and LISTEN to their patients. Especially On the first visit! Very bad.

spent 28 years of my life miserable year round until i saw DR. Cho the first time, her and her staff listened to my concearns and did a standard scratch test +more because of a concearn i had about juniper bushes. After my first visit and the recommendation to do exposure therapy for the first summer in my life i didnt have any asthma attacks and managed my asthma myself without hospital visits. she is very thorough and cares about her patients, as do the entire staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
