The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind to me for my entire visit. I was having a very rough time and everyone made sure to take the time to thoroughly listen to me and care for my health. Kudos to the doctor I saw who was very sweet and gave me some great advice on at-home remedies to make sure my medicine worked effectively.

2 hour wait is what the receptionist said for a walk in. You go in sick, not feeling well, contagious, and you sit and wait for 2 plus hours. Theycshould not advertise for walk-ins.

Doctor was nice. I thought the staff were well-meaning and trying their best. The only issue I had really was when one nurse came in and passive aggressively told me my doctor's visit was a waste of time because I was coming in for - what he assumed - was a mild allergic reaction. It wasn't meant to be mean, but it was a little off-putting.

I went there on Sunday morning for scrapes on my elbow and knee. I waited for about half an hour to be seen, and the nurse and the doctor were nice and gave me the instruction and the supplies on how to treat the abrasion. In general this was a nice experience, fast service and nice staff.

Makenzie (front deask/vitals) & Joeann (NP) were the best today! Very welcoming and understanding, and despite my anxiety I felt very at ease and felt validated/heard. Definitely would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone in need!
