List of Bestmed Urgent And Primary Care's Reviews
Wait time is 2-3 hours. Once in, the staff was friendly and took care of me right away. My medication was ordered by the doctor right away and I was able to pick up right after the appointment. They remodeled and it looks nice.
Great staff! My 18 month old and I had a great experience. Everyone nice, respectful and professional. Our favorite Urgent Care!
I was unable to schedule my appointment online. Even though it provides an option, it told me it couldn't do it (this also occurred a month ago to my son). I tried calling for an appointment, but nobody would answer. I went in, but they were too booked, so they made an appointment for me for the following day. I told them I had COVID and they told me to come back in for my appointment the following day. When I did, I was made to wait for over 10 minutes inside the building, next to others (I was masked, but did have COVID). Finally, it took about 7 minutes to check in. They now require a credit card to be on file and wouldn't take secondary insurance, so I had to pay my $50 copay. They said it was up to me to get it back from the insurance. At that point, I was stuck and needed the paxlovid, so I just gave it to them. I was sent to my car to wait until they called me. They did and I came in through a side door to the room. I asked the care provider for Paxlovid and my two inhalers, he came back with only the paxolovid script. I reminded him of the two inhalers for my asthma, and he said he forgot, so he would call that in. Once I left, I received a voicemail asking what type of inhaler. I called back, multiple times with no answer. It took me 20 minutes to get through while I waited at the pharmacy. Finally, I got through by going through the all the options I could select. It was a mess. By the end, I finally got my medicine, but I will not return to this urgent care if I can help it!
Yesterday had a problem come up with my ear and could not get in to see my regular doctor. Went online and was able to make an appointment with an urgent care for that same afternoon! Nice to make an appointment so when I got to the clinic I only had to wait 10 minutes before being seen. Wish I had gotten the names of the nurse and doctor I saw as both were very welcoming, competent , professional, and quick! It was a very positive experience
Very good care. Very satisfied with my visit.
We were completely satisfied with our visit. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and reassuring. Our wait time was minimal, and we felt reassured that the results from an auto accident were minimal.
Service at time of visit was great but their ability to follow through with submitting referrals is horrible. Week later, still nothing.
Britni, Stephen, and Ashley were all wonderful. I love coming here to my primary care visits
This is not to disparage the folks working here who are doing their best with limited staff. This is to bring to light the priorities this "urgent" "care" has: walked in with a bleeding deep cut from a kitchen knife, the wound wouldn't stop bleeding. I initially went to the location next to the university but the person in front of me in line was complaining of feeling sick. not being sick. feeling sick. and that person was being attended to before I was, even though I was clearly bleeding. The person at the front desk moved at the speed of molasses so I had my friend take me to the next closest location. at that location, I was greeted with a whole room of waiting people who were there for things like, urinary tests. In fact, someone who was there for a urinary test was asked to come back before I was. even though I was actively bleeding. Where is the triage?? 45 minutes in I finally had to get the attention of someone in the back because no one was at the front desk. When I was told there was nothing they could do, I reminded them that a deep cut is something that requires more immediate care than a urinary test. They then saw me next. Funds are needed for triage, and urgent care should be seen URGENTLY. Moving at the pace of molasses is not a place for somewhere that stitches up wounds.
Very professional and caring. Didn't take a long as I thought it would. I would definitely return, I hope I don't have to, but I would if I needed to.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
