Avoid this place. Staff is uncaring and unfriendly. I had to go back a few times for the same thing because the PA Cheryl got it wrong. Look elsewhere if you want decent medical care even go to Urgent Care or take OTC medicine.

I saw Cheryl Bourgault for two years. She does not listen to patient concerns or experiences. You are put through a regiment of medicines without thought about your individual conditions or medical history. I will not be continuing to make appointments here.

Dr. Baird is an excellent doctor! She is very thorough and professional but also has a warm personality! I was going to another dermatologist and switch to her and I am very much impressed. I have seen her several times and I think she’s an excellent doctor.

I usually see her PA, Cheryl Bourgault, who is excellent. All of the staff is, and the office is run very efficiently. They are accommodating and professional.

I love Dr Baird. She is a caring physician and has a wonderful sense of humor. I love making her smile with my out in left field comments. She and her staff can't help but laugh!

I'm sure Dr. Baird knows her stuff, but she has NO bedside manner. She rushes through appointments, doesn't explain things well, doesn't listen well, and rushed through my questions. This kind of behavior is neither appropriate nor professional. I'm now searching for a new doctor.

Dr. Baird is conscientious, her care is first-rate. Her staff always helpful. During COVID restrictions Dr. Baird did a telehealth appointment to assess my condition which helped me get treatment earlier than waiting for in-person appointment.

I have been a patient for many years. Nov 2021 I saw her for my annual skin check. The main reason I had was a fast growing cancer above my right eye. Usually she would have checked it, and done something for it. That day she refused to even look at it. 6 weeks later, I forced another appointment, and I finally got a biopsy . This lesion had grown large in just 6 weeks. I now have a large cancer requiring Mohs. Her neglect absolutely made my cancer worsen. In Nov, the lesion removal would have been much smaller, and way less disfiguring. Now, I have 26 stitches in a large L shape in my forehead. I am looking for another dermatologist.

I had a 1pm appt didn't see her until 2pm. Asked her to remove mole over eye didn't even acknowledge my request, was in a hurry to catch up I guess. Was wiith me less than 10 minutes, wasted $70 co-pay.

Dr Baird did not talk to me or look at me .. her assistant did all the work then she walked in grabbed a gun and froze my precancerous growths without even looking st them. Missed two altogether and one didn’t go away. She is so full of herself that she is intolerable Would never recommend her to treat anything.
