Very through and kind demeanor. I've had excellent results in her care. The patient has to take responsibility for what they eat. She is encouraging with diabetes management.

Dr. Zamora is very thorough and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood, and she listened to my concerns. I found her to be very personable and interested in what I had to say. She checked that all of my questions were answered before ending the appointment. I left feeling much better informed and with all of my concerns addressed.

I saw Dr Zamora after visiting a few other specialists. She was kind, well informed, and spent as much time answering my questions as needed. I'll absolutly go back to her.

Dr. Zamora was very professional, an excellent listener, caring and compassionate, concerned about my condition and how to help me get better. Very clear about what to expect with a biopsy, risks and benefits. When I left I felt that I would find an answer to what was happening with my thyroid. Would recommend this doctor with no reservations whatsoever.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Zamora has one of the worst bedside manners in a doctor I've ever had. She has a very cold demeanor and tsk tsks if you answer her questions with responses she does not approve of. Not supportive or flexible in her treatment recommendations. Diabetes is a very fickle disease and having my doctor judge me and make me feel bad for my blood sugar levels is quite discouraging. I always ask follow up questions regarding her reccomendations and she acts exasperated and rushes through her explanations. I had high hopes for Dr. Zamora, it's a shame she lacks compassion, because she is quite knowledgeable about the endocrine system but lacks the appropriate ability to convey her expertise.

Dr. Zamora is the kindest, most knowledgeable Dr. that I have encountered. She is very understanding and looks you in the eye. I love her and wish she was my primary physician. I can't believe all the 1 ratings, it makes no sense. She is a shining star.

I have been seeing her for almost a year. I find that she is friendly, responsive, and thinks things through. She is happy to answer questions, but also efficient. Staff is very quick and reliable at answering phone queries.

I really appreciate that she talks me through possible causes and treatments. She makes sure I am on board with the treatment plan and checks in to see if I want to change directions. Also, she is personable and relatable. In comparison to other endocrinologists I've seen, she the most transparent and confidence-inspiring.

Dr. Zamora is obviously knowledgeable but ultimately lacks in bedside manner. She is also frustratingly rigid about treatment protocols and refuses to deviate from these for any reason. I understand that it is important to start with recommended treatment, but I also believe that there is a time where it is appropriate to try others if standard treatment has failed. Regardless, she is fairly curt and can be rude. I felt she was also insensitive.
