James Kassube's Online Review Report Card

My husband went in for steroid injection in his back. Dr Kassube was professional, friendly, & my husband felt very safe. He had this done before in another office, but this was the first time he was not given sedation and he was comfortable and Dr Kassube was efficient and gentle with care. He said the office was clean and the staff was very efficient. He was given clear written and verbal instructions as well as multiple opportunities to ask any questions prior to his procedure and before leaving. We are Nurses and would recommend Dr Kassube.

We contacted Oregon Clinic Pain Management office several times. We wanted to know would Dr. Kassube install the pump in a chronic back pain patient. Several weeks have passed, the clinic did not call back. Today we called the clinic, and to our surprise we heard short, unprofessional "we will not help you". When we ask why, we could not get the answer why, this clinic would not say why will not help us. In essence, we felt as "go away".

I have seen Dr Kassube for about five years now. This doctor is absolutely the best. He is a blessing. He knows what he’s doing and will do everything possible to help those suffering with pain.

I couldn't. Have asked for a better pain management doctor! He listens! Most importantly he is empathetic and compassionate. Pain is hard to treat, mostly we are opioid shamed! Never ever has he done this to me or my sister. She started seeing him last year. Amazingly caring he is.

Dr Kassube is my second opinion. Unlike my first doctor, Dr Kassube showed me my scans and explained the problem area in my spine. He ten explained a couple of options for some non-narcotic pain relief. He has compassion and takes the time to listen to patients. I now have hope and look forward to the road ahead. I'm profoundly grateful.

Would not substitute for any other provider in the state of Oregon. Personally unable to make it to this office due to incapacitating pain however highly recommended for those seeking a physical rehabilitation professional.

Wonderful Dr. Very thorough and listens to me. I've been a patient of his since 2008 and have always been happy. His current staff are also outstanding. His physicians assistants and nurses are just as kind as he is and very professional. I highly recommend him, you won't find a better Dr.

Seen Kassube for 3 years. He has excellent communication skills, including listening to patient and thorough e,planation of treatments. Bery responsive to patient questions and needs. Also very nice man seemingly well concerned about his patients. Hifhly recommended.

I have been a patient of Dr Kassube's since 2009. I have never met a more compassionate Doctor, especially as a pain management physician and surgeon. I appreciate how every appointment doesn't feel rushed, even though he is insanely busy. He takes the time to listen to your issue and checks you thoroughly to make sure all issues are addressed. He is always "Up" on all new treatments and has a wonderful bedside manner. He has performed multiple surgeries on me and he has personally called me at home to see how I was doing. I rarely see any other Doctors because I trust him implicitly with my care. I cannot say enough about what great care he offers his patients.
