Waiting 6-7 months for an appointment with Dr. Baxter, for a person with a chronic disease is unacceptable. The staff doesn't care and they never call back and we never get any sense of urgency or get any feedback or help from anyone connected with Peace Health. Then, on another occasion I called the Infusion Therapy group at Peace health and they said they only could give my mom infusion therapy once or twice a week because they are too busy so she or someone else would need to do it themselves. Disgusting!

Dr. Jefferey Baxter was a compassionate Dr. who acted interested in your needs and concerns. Being a new patient with the new Dr. ; I was tense during that first visit and wished that I had told him more about myself...what interests me....( such as research concerning politics/statesmanship, involved with my church, active senior who is a precinct committee person, also reading, genealogy, reading, manage excellently and last of all I am a Committee Junkie as well as knitting. Love spelling, english, literature, and research all around me all the time.

Dr. Baxter never stints on the time spent with me. He is willing to thoroughly answer any question I ask and seems totally candid in his replies. Furthermore, it is clear that he stays abreast of current research in his field, geriatrics. I trust him implicitly with my health.
