Although at each appointment she is attentive and seems caring, I have been failed multiple times by Dr. Mitchell and the medical staff there. They fail to send new prescriptions, prescription refills, order accurate or correct tests/referrals, respond to urgent needs, and recently to provide proper lab tests/antibiotics for a potentially lethal infection. I have been harmed multiple times by this Doctor and staff with extreme pain and difficulty functioning.

It's wonderful to find a Dr who employs an attitude of concern and exceeding her patient's expectations. She once called me to see how I was doing after a brief illness. This is 'old school' practice yet she bring 'new school' knowledge and understanding to her practice. How refreshing.
