John Hunts's Online Review Report Card

I went through the whole process of meeting with, doing an exam, and scheduling a date for surgery, in addition to getting ready to have blephoplasty. This included paying the deductible of $850.00, taking the necessary time off of work (vacation days I had to schedule using my vacation time)for the procedure, quarantining pre procedure and post procedure healing time, only to be called two days before the procure and having it cancelled because 3 out of the 4 procedures that day were cancelled by the clients. I was told that mine was being cancelled because “the doctor likes to do 4 procedures a day, so it wasn’t worth his time to only do one.” Seriously? I had to use my vacation days to sit in my house. HORRIBLE service! I got the run around each time I had to deal with them. They called once to say my payment didn’t go through, only to find out they processed it wrong. When I called back to help them get it through, they finally got it to go through only to cancel the surgery the very same day. When they asked me to reschedule, I of course said No Thank You.

I had the upper eye lid lift 2 months ago and they still look the same. The doctor said he removed alot of skin but the lids still hang over my eye lashes and I still need to lift eyebrows to open my eyes wider. Shop around and get a few opinions before having this surgery done

I have used Dr Hunts on two occasions. One, he did an eyelid lift for me, turned out great and more recently he rebuilt my tearduct. 100% pleased on both occasions.

I had a facelift and facial fat grafting done 1 1/2 years ago and my face is right back where it was pre surgery. Another PS suggested it had been a poor job. My complaint is that no one cares about your satisfaction after the stitches are removed and the money has been paid. You would think that they'd be curious about the effect 1 year down the road.
