We’ve been taking our kids to see Dr. Sanderson since we had our first child six years ago, and highly recommend her. She is very friendly, listens, and is a great doctor.
Love her
Dr. Sanderson has been a huge disappointment! I stuck with her through 3 kids because I thought we got along well and she listened. But as the years went by, she didn't grow as a professional. Instead of becoming more knowledgeable and getting to know us better, she continued to give cookie cutter diagnosis and answers. She told me all of my kids were obese because that's what the BMI showed. I would reminder over and over about their father's stocky build and then she would look closer and see that they didn't have extra fat on them either. She even asked me once if I "ever" fed my kids vegetables? I was outraged! She told me that each of my kids needed speech therapy when they were about 4 years old and said "s" and other letters funny. I never did it and they all grew out of it. As her own kids got older, she seemed to lose her perspective of how young children behave. She called my parenting into question when one of my kids wasn't listening. She just lacked insight. That's the best way I can put it. My advice is to find yourself a different doctor. And my advice to her would be to remember why you became and doctor and start looking at your patients that way again.
Sanderson has been a nightmare for our teenage daughter. She told me our daughter might be in danger of *hurting* herself and then she left on Xmas break. Then when my daughter went to college and needed her prescription filled out of area, she was no help. She has been a nightmare, and most unhelpful in linking parent to child. Uggh. Stay away from her!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
