Dr. Korcek is a highly skilled and amazing surgeon. He is very personable and took the time to help me understand the injury, the procedure, and what to expect during the recovery process. I was so impressed with my recovery and the techniques used to limit pain after surgery without the need for dependency on opiods. I healed so well while still being mostly pain free, clear headed, and able to function. All the staff, nurses, and the anesthesiologist were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Dr. Korcek and the Slocum group.

They listen to me and explain everything very well. Dr.Korcek shows me the imagines, the reports from tests and explains everything so is easy to understand. I was struggling after a fall, he ordered more tests until we found out what was going on. The staff is very friendly and understanding.

In January Dr Korcek did a knee replacement on my only knee. My range of motion has been doubled. It is now pain free. My wife needed a hip replacement and Dr Korcek did it 2 weeks ago. Her recovery has been remarkable and the hip pain is gone. Before she couldn't lift her foot 2 inches. Now she can go up steps with ease. Slocum Center has been fantastic and Dr Korcek has changed our lives. Thank you so very much 💗
