I like how nice they were that works seemed great it really gentle on my wound big shout out to Nova health urgent Care thank you

The only negative report is when I called they indicated that the Urgent Care was available for walk-in and when we walked in, we had to schedule an appointment for several hours later. When we came back, the Covid test was handled promptly.

Everyone was really friendly and wait time was not nearly as bad as I expected because of it being an Urgent Care, I've had to wait hrs and hrs at them usually, and feeling as sick as I was it was a nice surprise to get seen so quick😊

I went into Peace Health off West 11th only to find Cahoots was there dealing with a man with issues and the room full of people waiting. I had visited there 2 weeks prior and didn't resolve any of my health issue going on. I left and on the way home stopped for the first time at Nova, they were empty, the receptionist was super awesome and nice,I waited maybe 10 minutes tops to get seen. The woman doctor addressed my problem within minutes, prescribed me medicine and now for tge first time in weeks my health issue is turning around for the better. I can't recommend Nova enough. Great staff,great care. The nurse that checked me in was awesome too!♡

Love this doctor at this facility. He is informative, helpful and empathetic. I drive across town to go specifically to this urgent care. Great staff.

Urgent care my A**. 11 minutes 30 seconds on hold to ask if my friend should go to urgent care or the e.r., wanting to know about covid precautions and restrictions. Let her know I was three miles from the urgent care center. Then she asked for my city and state. Urgent care? More like Urgent Couldn't Care Less.

Doctor was fast and thorough during my visit. She asked many questions to get a clear understanding of my pain. Very pleased and would not hesitate to visit you facility again. Thank you for all your hard work dedication and sacrifice

True definition of one star. I don't rate to many places but this urgent care clinic is here to up charge the crap out of you. On top of that I waited 2 hours to be seen. Not even both times (combined) in LA has a visit to urgent care been more expensive than this place for a single Covid test. Don't go here if you know what's good for ya.

Went for a UTI. the rapid test came back negative so the doctor came in to tell me that they would have to have a culture done and get back to me the next day. She did not ask me a single question about my symptoms, or anything I could do in the meantime, as the infection was quite severe. She asked "Do you just need a note for work?" um, no, i need antibiotics! She acted bored, callous, and couldn't seem to care less. I called multiple times the next day to see if the results had come back so I could get antibiotics. No one could help, and one person returned my call but I missed it. I called back within a minute and someone else picked up, told me I would have to wait until the person called again and that they for some reason couldn't help me. I asked them if they could look into this for me, as I needed antibiotics so I could return to work. and she said, "no, next time pick up the phone when it rings". I sat there crying from just the rudeness and difficulty of this all, and waited again until they closed to hear back. Now I am on day 3 of waiting, no one is returning my calls, nothing. I actually had to go to ANOTHER different urgent care to get my antibiotics!! I'm disgusted and frustrated! I should have been concerned when the doctor didn't bother to ask me a single question about why I was there or what I was feeling. Never had this experience at any urgent care or doctor before- there are much more affordable and helpful ones in the area. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
