List of Nova Health Urgent & Primary Care's Reviews
Great staff, small parking lot. Always helpful😁
The office at 13 and Patterson is always great to deal with. They treat me like family and listen to my concerns. Would highly recommend this office.
Went in for a Covid test. Got it scheduled quickly, then took care of all the paperwork easily from my phone. Once my time arrived everyone was very fast and helpful. All around a good experience.
Everyone at this Nova location was so likable,, competent, and quick. Couldn’t have had a better experience going to the doc to get antibiotics for an infection unless they gave massages and served champagne. Seriously, good, informative, helpful, quick and out of there!
The group on Willamette was so terrific. They patiently assessed my condition, asked lots of clarifying questions, and I left with the right diagnosis and treatment plan. I’ve always had good experiences with Nova and this was no exception.
I thought this was your standard rapid test site. A get a swab sample and go- kind of place. Nope. I have been sitting here for hour and half. It’s like an actually doctor visit. Nurse came in and took vitals. Waiting on doctor to see me. I just need the test, not all the extras. The swab was administered in a rushed painful way. Previous places I have tested at allowed me to do my own swab. My nose hurts. And I am wasting my time waiting on a doctor now. Go elsewhere for your rapid Covid tests.
Pretty quick and timely, got what I needed within 2 hrs
I scheduled a primary care appointment on December 15, 2021 for Tuesday January 25, 2022, which was the soonest available appointment. However, I got a voicemail in the late afternoon on Friday January 21 2022 from Nova saying that my appointment had to be rescheduled. I tried calling the number they left and waited on hold 45 minutes, unable to connect with anyone. I finally drove to their physical office location to ask about the cancellation and nobody from primary care was there to help me. This morning, Monday January 24, I got another voicemail confirming that my appointment had to be rescheduled. I tried calling the number again to discuss it and no one answered, and their voicemail box was full. I finally called urgent care and asked to be transferred to someone in primary care.I connected with someone, Robin, and was told that the soonest I could be seen was March 2, 2022.. I asked if there was any provider at any location who could see me sooner and was told no. So all in all, I will have waited from December 15, 2021 to March 2, 2022 to be seen by a provider. I understand that it is difficult to be seen by a primary care physician at this time but this is beyond unacceptable considering I was never once asked about why I even needed to see a doctor or the severity of what was happening. Nova has made this as hard as possible and wasted my time. This office needs to do a better job instead of making excuses.
the Dr listened to me and I was pleased! Thank you for caring for me
I needed pain relief for my neck yesterday and I finally got it with a trigger point injection. But be warned, things are so bad right now that they are short staffed and there isn't a doctor in every building each day, so you might have to jump around from one urgent care to another to find one that actually has a doctor. I left work at 12:30 pm and didn't find an urgent care taking patients until around 3 pm. It took an hour of waiting once I was checked in, but I got seen and I got treatment.I definitely recommend the Nova Urgent cares over the Peacehealth urgent care, though, since Peacehealth apparently has a limit of only 8 walk-ins a day they will see and Nova has no limit of people they will see a day.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
