List of Oak Street Medical's Reviews
Had three different doctors there in a short span through NO fault of my own, was just switched several times with very little explanation. Thought it was all settled down with Dr. Sneider(sic?) but when I asked his nurse why it’s been so long for them to set up yearlies, it’s been nearly two years I was told(in a medical office, while getting a check up) that “my medical responsibilities are my own”…I 100% agreed and questioned why I would ever hire someone like OSM to do that for me. My BAD. I’ll correct that today!
As a Pharmaceutical Rep, I have called on this office, well, since it opened! I have had positive experiences with everyone I've come in contact with. As a patient, first with Dr. Steyer, then (currently) with Dr. Bohrman, I could not be happier! Kindness, professionalism, knowledgeable, genuine, and convenient visit options, are just a few adjectives to describe my experience here. Highly recommend! ❤️
My husband and I have been patients at Oak Street Medical for many years. We have appreciated the excellent care of all their doctors, including Hylke Snieder and Eduardo Valenzuela, and their nursing, front desk, triage and lab staff. The quick response by nursing staff to messages sent over the patient portal is impressive. Thank you, Oak Street Medical!
Went for a new patient visit. The PA cared more about 'our time is almost up' which she said 3x... really? Not a therapy appointment. Went in for a couple of things. One was pretty severe depression which I scored very high on the scale. The chart notes say Lexapro was prescribed it wasn't. I know this because the other Rx I got was at Costco and Costco said they never got it and tried to contact Oak St and they never responded. The PA didn't so much as listen to my heart and lungs on an initial visit. For this, I got a bill for almost $500. After much back and forth they charged what my insurance would have paid if I had met my deductible. It's really no wonder why this practice has new patient openings when no other medical place in Eugene does. Patients probably go there once and never go back. Never have I ever had a medical visit be so unprofessional and unthorough and you have no recourse because if the chart notes say it in their eyes it absolutely happened without dispute......
Excellent care from Nicole Delimont!!!
Always good care here. And the lab girls are great. Appreciate the kindness and patience.
I am always treated with the upmost respect and professionalism.
Good experience yesterday. Checked in a few minutes early and was taken back to the exam room almost immediately. My doctor was very through and took the time to listen and examine everything. I thought his recommendations were valuable and helpful. I was completely satisfied with the whole experience.
I have been a patient of Kirk Jacobson's at Oak Street Medical for 12 years. I have had excellent care. Every visit, every time. I always feel that he gives me plenty of time to listen to my issues-I never feel rushed. In addition his entire office staff is always friendly and welcoming-front and back office staff are all amazing. I would recommend this practice 100%!
My wife and I have been very happy with the care provided to us. Dr Bohrman is so easy to talk to, takes the time to listen, and addresses our concerns. We are both retired, so been around awhile. Dr Bohrman and doctors like her are the doctor many dream of finding, we are blessed to have her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
