My first appointment went very well - from the office area, to the office staff and of course my provider Dee Fleming - honestly I felt heard and that her focus was on me 100%… I’m in the VA healthcare system and wasn’t getting results , I’m so glad now after seeing Dee, that I now have a good idea of what’s going on with me and a future plan …😁

Staff was great, knowledgeable, helpful. I feel hopeful. My only complaint was the amount of time I had to wait…waited almost 30 minutes to see the dr. from my appointment time and then waited 20 minutes for assistant to come in and give me a shot, then went and found him to see if he was coming in to give me a shot. He came quickly at that point, very apologetic.

I have gone to OnePeak Medical since they opened in Eugene. I always feel the medical staff is very caring and listen to my concerns. They do a thorough evaluation of my health and make sure that I am feeling my my best. I highly recommend them.
