List of Onepeak Medical's Reviews
I love the staff and the providers here but oh my god they are awful at communication. I sign up for an appointment online, they never get back to me. I stay on hold for an hour on their phone line, multiple times a day, multiple days a week. They might as well unplug their phones because they will not for the love of god pick up the damn phone. I am in a critical need to get my medications through OnePeak and they are delaying that process for me. Legitimately considering leaving. I'm tired of being ignored.
Everyone is amazing. They really care about you and your well being. Thank you.
I was going to the downtown Eugene clinic than they moved the county club location was closer so far they have been terrible getting back to you getting your lab info exct exct
Doris Fleming- She came to you with hope, with faith and excitement. Anticipating the chance to finally be seen at an office of medical professionals Who specialize in helping with the same personal issues medical conditions and syndromes that she’s been battling for so many years now. She was met on that beautiful exciting day unfortunately by you. I couldn’t refrain from stepping forward to go ahead and give my willing and forthcoming review of you and only you by the way everybody else was kind seemed compassionate and took excellent care of her. With that being said, I guess I kind of got hopeful… Hopeful I would find an additional (star-rating option) on your “reviews” tab with “no-stars” That even would be to high of a rating for you. Maybe they could add a tab that says “no-heart” I bet You went on that tab seven days a week and twice on Sunday. You would be the “Queen B” on that category now wouldn’t you. Heavy on the B! So Queen, or is it just B? When did you decide in your infinite medical wisdom, that it was in her best interest to enter the exam room and commence pointing out every single embarrassing, confidence-robbing, insecurity-breeding, daily heartbreaking-reality FLAW she ever had? Why? What was the purpose? Do you think that Clients come to you unaware of their flaws? Do you believe that they are there unknowingly, and none owning a mirror, to simply see you. You, with all your neatly framed certificates, you proudly display on your wall (you know I’m right👍) The ones that sadly misled you to believe that you had earned the right to breakdown another human being? You broke her down today. You walked into that exam room packing your inflated“300pounder” MSC,AGP, CMP-BC “God-complex” and broke her soul. She was brave. She was courageous to seek help. Her heart full of faith. Then you, no more than a heartless mean-girl immediately began berating her. With comments like “ I already know what you are here for, I saw how big you are and all your facial hair.” “Do you snore?” “I bet you do because of your thick/big neck” “if you keep this up you will be a “300 pounder”before long”. Doris, your comments to her lacked not only professionalism and compassion but also even a hint empathy. So grab your lil certificates off the wall because unfortunately Doris your ended up in the wrong gig. They are waiting for you right now, gathered together on the playground at any nearby grade school. The mean girls anticipating the arrival of their leader! You, the one who can show them all the things that nightmares are made of! That’s more your style and field of expertise but please that’s only my big, think “300-pounder” opinion. She was so broken, devastated, angry at herself and finally hopeless. The last thing she said before leaving was” “I’m tired mom, Im just so tired.” “Im so sad that this is what I am.” Ps. If you are going to throw stones Queenie… make sure you are perfect yourself. Maybe ask a colleague for help with that acne. Maybe they could help your face. Potentially a hormone therapy? Maybe try a mask. Walmart has some Devil masks on sale! Those are right up your alley! (which is the same place you can store your opinions) Cheerio Doris Signed, “Her” mother
I've never been to a doctor's office that cares so much about their patients. I've been with peak medical for almost 10 years now and they have helped me in so many ways. It really is life-changing going here. Their staff is truly amazing, the detailed lab work that they do and the way they explain things is how all other medical professionals should be. They don't just try to push meds on you. They take your cares and concerns into consideration
Sometime recently it became impossible to actually reach a person in the Eugene clinic -- only a central call center. Had to resort to leaving a msg re: a med to be relayed w/request for rapid call back. It took 2 days to get a TEXT MSG. I hear phones ringing when I'm in the waiting room, but NO chance to know a working number. Since my clinic is only open T-F, tough deal if you have a Wed appt. Didn't used to be like this.
Terrible patient care!! Do not go here. I'm serious about this. The very worst medical facility I have ever been too hands down!!
I have an NP at One Peak. I have seen her onetime and really liked her. The major issue is communicating with this doctor practice. When I do get help via the call center, the phone people border on rude. Yes. I cancelled appts last month. My husband had a medical emergency requiring hospital stay of two weeks. Well, that cancellation is recorded by One peak. Then I was asked if my doctor ordered my blood test follow up. Yes. I do not make doctor appts because I enjoy them. I make them because they are necessary. I am tempted to go looking for a different clinic. Not quite sure if I like One Peak. They did sell me 4 products during my one visit. I will say no to their products next visit.
one peak medical eugen. i saw lisa williams for over a year desperately needing hormone replacement therapy. every blood draw same thing you need hrt therapy. i signed to have my records sent to opm they claimed that they would not respond. i got my records and in fact took 26yrs of medical records and handed them to the nurse. this was aprox 4" of file's. i ended up changing to opm springfield hoping to get proper medical treatment. i went to pick up my 26 years of files only to find out they destroyed the entire file without my permission. i have filed a complaint with insurance and medical board. one peak medical is from my experience a high priced vitamin boutiques and weight loss center. i'm not happy at all with these medical facilities.
One Peak in Eugene is an amazing clinic. I saw Sooji who was totally present with me, listened to my challenges and made some changes that I'm optimistic will help me feel better! Having hormone challenges or just overall not feeling your best, I recommend One Peak!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
