Sarah Hudson's Online Review Report Card

Waited three months to see Dr Hudson. Most of my primary concerns for my left foot and ankle were ignored. I left with a pad stuck to my foot. No plan for problems or a plan for future care. Least important to me were toenail problems. Suggestion was curve correct. It’s sort of worked. Ultimately this didn’t work. And then there were the billing issues. More specifically two lost checks requiring me to stop payment on both, voicemail messages unreturned, and no ability to speak with a billing office. After the two stopped payments I finally reached a person and paid by card. Funny neither check has been returned. Apparently they were just delivered into space. I’d had three strong recommendations and my experience fell quite short. After the brush off and billing issues I am not likely to return.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Hudson and her team. Dr. Hudson is incredibly down to earth, intelligent, and she takes the time to get to know you as a person. She diagnoses and explains the treatment options thoroughly, ensuring that all questions are answered. I was always welcomed at the door and taken back for my appointments on time. I also really appreciate that she doesn't seem rushed to get out of the exam room to the next patient. Brendan, Dr. Hudson's assistant, is kind, smart, and helpful with questions. And, Hilary at the front is quick to help with appointment changes and billing questions. Aside from the practice itself, the surgery I received went very well. Dr. Hudson gave me clear expectations of both the surgery and the recovery. I felt well informed at post-op visits with how my recovery was going. It's amazing to not have the pain that I did previously. Thank you Dr. Hudson and team for a fantastic experience!

My wife was having foot issues so we got her in to see Dr. Hudson. She made a diagnosis and it really helped to follow her advice. So after this, I started having foot issues and since I'd already been around Dr. Hudson, I also went in to see her. She immediately let me know what my issues were and prescribed some medication that is, so far, really working well. Better than any previous attempts anyone has made on getting my issue resolved. I can appreciate a Doctor that doesn't rush you right through, even though I know she has people waiting behind me. And her bedside manner is awesome. It's so comfortable to talk with a Doctor who makes you feel like they're a longtime friend. Talking to other people, I also heard a lot of positive feedback on Dr. Hudson, and it's well deserved. I highly recommend Dr. Hudson for any foot issues.

Dr's office does not answer phone, tried repeatedly, is "Premiere" still in business?

Just had a pre-op with her a few days ago and she was able to answer every concern, as well as provide solutions to everything I thought would be a problem. Not only that, but she helped figure out how much each part of the procedure would cost so I wouldn't be blindsided by some random medical bill. She and her staff are ANGELS and furthermore Dr. Sarah Hudson is a talented, understanding, and empathetic surgeon.She and the Mckenzie Surgical Center created a plan to help me be able to breeze through surgery when dealing with past trauma and PTSD. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and experienced podiatrist then start here!!

Dr. Hudson explained my options with great care, patiently answered all my questions and delivered the outcome I had hoped for with a very complex surgery. She is personable, highly skilled and it is clear that the hospital staff respect and appreciate her. Every encounter with every person in this office has been professional, informative, thorough and helpful. If you want excellent care from a highly skilled and approachable physician and staff, look no further!

I have seen three different podiatrists over the past several years. Dr. Hudson is far and away the best. Her office staff are also outstanding.

Dr Hudson is by far the best foot and ankle doctor/surgeon in the Eugene and Springfield area. I have a long story to recovery so I won’t bore you. In short I saw multiple doctors at Oregon medical group and Slocum before I met Dr Hudson. All of these doctors came highly recommended with terrible bedside manners. Not one explained or could explain what was wrong but would suggest treatments of cortisone shots or more surgery. After a year in a half I was coming to the conclusion that I was going to have to live with this pain. Dr Hudson was honest and caring about my situation she explained what she saw and took a conservative treatment approach first vs risking foot surgery or breaking down my joints with cortisone shots prematurely. We did remove the hardware in my ankle which I’m so happy I did I have a lot more flexibility and I used a bone stimulator on my foot to generate bone growth since being non weight bearing in a cast for 3 months didn’t work. I am finally healed and living without pain. Sometimes you just need hope and someone willing to try whatever they can to help. Thank you Dr Hudson for being that person!

Kind, compassionate, and really good at what she does!

I rarely write reviews but wanted to highly recommend Dr. Hudson. I have had three surgeries performed by her over the past several years and I could not be more pleased with her work both surgically and in office visits. She is very bright and I always enjoy my interactions with her. Great staff at her office too.
