I have never had a bad experience w/Slocums or Dr.Shah. In fact this will be my 2nd hip replacement but I can’t wait to get it done. I wish them the best !

Dr Shah is the most considerate physician I have ever known! From initial complaint, to upcoming surgery, he has been totally focused on me and my needs. Never in a hurry….. took time to answer my questions! Never seemed rushed. He cares! Being a retired cop, did research, and found him to be highly regarded and recommended. I totally trust him! If you have a choice, this is who I definitely recommend without a doubt.

The Doctor and staff, along the hospital staff have been amazing through my bilateral knee surgery. Doctor Shah has a great bed side manor and impressed my therapist. I would recommend him to anyone needing his services.

I've seen Dr Shah several times, he is very thorough and kind. He's given me two injection in my knee and both were super painless. Winning!!

Dr. Shah is THE BEST! I had both arthritic hips replaced this year (3 1/2 months apart) and am very pleased with results of living pain free! I experienced post op wound issues both times as we couldn't figure out what was really causing allergic reaction. Dr.Shah and Tiffany, along with office staff, were attentive to my needs, spent time for dialogue about my recovery, and held my hand when I needed extra support. I SO appreciate their services! Dr. Shah changed my life, allowing me more good years of living my life to the fullest, and I am forever grateful! He is a gentle and kind soul, professional and efficient, a great surgeon who I would recommend without hesitation! THANK YOU DR. SHAH!

Dr. Shaw was excellent. I was early and was seen early. Tiffany is awesom as was the x-ray tec (but I did not catch his name… sorry). Back to Dr. Shaw… it was clear he had reviewed my chart and was well informed of my case referred to him by Dr. Lantz (who has recently performed a partial knee for my wife). He reviewed the scheduled surgery for me, my medications, what I should withhold, what I would be getting, and reviewed my labs. We decided on what meds I would be prescribed, made appropriate revisions and discussed why. I received a “hard copy” of the agreed upon Rx’s so that I could have them filled by the VA. I took the Rx hard copy to the VA without any problem, picked them up the following day. In short… so far so good. One comment that I have, that does NOT pertain to this visit… I went to the hospital for pre-op labs and studies. The Slocum front fest at Riverside was confused as to what lab or where to get my labs drawn. After asking several times a patient informed me to go to “Anesthesia Lab”… that was the information I could not get or the clerk was confused about. Regardless I went to the Anesthesia Lab and was well served.

Dr. Shah is an incredible Dr. and surgeon. He demonstrates genuine caring and respect for his patients. I can always count on him being honest and straightforward. He looks me in the eye when answering questions or informing me of any of my health issues. I have a great deal of respect for him. I also appreciate his sense of humor. I am blessed to have him as my surgeon!! I thank him and his staff whom have all been respectful and friendly as well!! Jude

Slocum is a very efficient and competently run organization. Dr. Shah is terrific, and it’s a pleasure to have him attending to my medical needs. He has demonstrated his competence and therefore has my utmost confidence.
