I have had a few oral surgery procedures performed by Dr. Welch and his team over the years, including today. The staff are always very professional from reminder calls about starting medications and surgery preparation through recovery checkups. The team assisted in making me comfortable from the moment I arrived for check-in through walking me to my car post procedure. Being in the procedure room with happy folks that are organized and know what they are doing made me feel assured the procedure would move along smoothly. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Welch and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring oral surgery.

I went to Dr. Welch for oral surgery to remove a cracked below the gumline #13 upper left molar. I am so impressed with his entire operation! The facility & equipment is top notch, the staff is fantastic, the pre-procedure paperwork, reminders, & follow-up is some of the best I have every experienced. The procedure went extremely smoothly, and Dr. Welch's expertise made everything perfect and recovery a breeze. The office & surgery organization and performance is the Best!

Consultation for wisdom tooth extraction. Dr and the support were more than friendly and explained everything very clear. Not looking forward to the extraction but have confidence everything will be done to make me as comfortable as possible.

In the initial consultation, Dr. Welch was thorough and very easy to talk with in discussing my treatment options. The extraction procedure went smoothly and the staff went all out to maximize my comfort. ALL of the staff were excellent to work with: courteous, professional, efficient and competent. Waiting time was minimal. Communication before, during and after my appointment was the best I experienced at any doctor's office. They explained clearly in detail and with handouts everything I needed to do before and after the procedure and what to expect during the procedure.

Dr. Welch extracted 2 molars and one bicuspid so quickly I couldn’t believe it, and with only a local anesthetic. Clean, fast, efficient, almost painless. Also, when I asked for a story to take my mind off the extractions, he told a great story about adopting two puppies and how it changed his life. To learn the rest of the story you will probably have to get an extraction yourself! More about the good results: bleeding stopped within an hour, and with Ibuprofen, no pain at all this evening, and no swelling. Very positive experience. Great doctor.

Incredible surgeon. From my first meeting Dr. Welch listened to thoughts and answered my questions. It made me feel ready and trusting for a huge 4-6 month procedure. I pray it’s only 4 but I trust Dr. Welch.
