I have a broken tooth, I am in pain, I can't eat and the soonest appointment I can get is in 4 days? So much for "48 hours or less for emergency appointments." I guess an "emergency" is only if your jaw falls off.

The front office reception always greets me with a smile and all the rest of the office staff is very courteous and professional. All procedures to date have been done with great care. I would highly recommend this office if looking for a new dental clinic.

Easy appointment, needed a tooth out. Appointment at 1030 am in and back home by 1130. Staff was awesome. Great place. Thank you

Straight down hill since Covid and still not any better. It's great working with a Company that doesn't value your time, but just sees you as a number. Its even better when you politely point this out to them, for the horrible treatment, and get blamed for it yourself for not continually harassing them for a new appointment. To top it off they are cancelling appointments left and right and now all you can do is call to be put on a "call back list" that will then at some point get you an appointment. This is the exact problem with HMOs, hopefully if they rectify the problems as a lot of local business use this company for their dental program.
