William Balsom's Online Review Report Card

Literally, he is the only Dr. I have ever had complete confidence in. He is patient and listens to all my concerns. I hope he does not retire anytime soon.

Awesome doctor to have

Dr Balsom is an extraodinary physican. Very caring and professional. If the medical industry had physicans like Dr. Balsom, we would have a better healthcare systen.

Where do I start. This doctor was just about as pretentious as they come. He was far more interested in hearing the sound of his own voice than that of the patient that was clear. I'm not one who needs hand holding, what I do need and expect is a reasonable level of professionalism and competence. This Dr doesn't have either. He was wrong about very important side effects on not one but two different medications. Someone on staff might do well to remind him that meds come with a list of side effects from the manufacturer. These are very critical factors when you are prescribed multiple medications simultaneously. I feel like I would have to have a PDR under my arm if I were ever to interact with him again. Quite simply he made so many mistakes he just doesn't seem to know or have an understanding of his profession. Thank goodness my pharmacist of 15 years confirmed the Dr's lack of understanding specific medications. This experience was very negative. I won't be seeing Dr Balsom again

He really is the best doctor I have ever had. He listens to my questions and explains and suggests answers and presents a plan of treatment that I can understand and follow. The office staff and nurses are super! Wait time has never been more than 5min in the waiting room.

He listens carefully and makes a special effort to explain the medical condition and treatment so that you can understand. We are both seniors and my husband has complex medical issues. I have been a patient of Dr. Balsom's for 20 years and every time I have seen him he is kind and always listens to all that I have to say. Then we make a choice on the treatment that will suit me best. For years I had always felt rushed and unheard when seeing a doctor but no longer feel that way. I would and have recommended him to many family members and friends.
