The Florence nova literally has the worst doctor. She’s rude and a know it all, she misdiagnosed my daughter, and after taking her somewhere else they found something very worrisome. Save your money.

I walked in looking for a Covid test - I wasn’t feeling well at all.Not only was I able to get two tests - I was able to see the Dr ! She was very very nice.My test was negative thank goodness but I’ll definitely visit again if needed 👍

The Nova staff was exceptional in their concern about my health. After administering the covid test, Sharon, the PA, inquired about my health and asked if I had seen my primary care physician recently and if I had had a blood test. This after checking all of my vitals. She then went into my file to see results of my blood test. I highly recommend the staff for their excellent expertise.

As a retired nurse practitioner I found the care to be great and comprehensive. The MA (Liberty) and the PA, Sharon, were wonderful asking appropriate questions and fully answering my questions. I left feeling I had had a very complete evaluation of my issues. I would certainly recommend anyone who needs healthcare to make an appointment to see Sharon. The only issue I had was the wait to see the provider. This was not necessarily her fault. Rather they are trying to find another provider to fill in for the one that recently left the clinic. Thanks so much for the good care.

The first time I went it was very rushed and I didn’t even see the main doctor all I saw was the gal that was in medical school helping her I felt very pushed to the side but after seeing her on this visit it was much better and I felt like I was heard however she’s so short staffed it just seems unfair that she’s run through the ringer
