Great staff! They were warm and welcoming understanding. I was not feeling well, and even when I was fumbling around trying to find my insurance they helped with that. I definitely recommend using them if you have had a bad experience at other urgent care clinics. Perk for disabled Vets they are in our network with triwest!!

I wish I could go there for my primary care needs. The doctor gave me information I've never received about asthma medication, and I've had it for 50 years. She was so efficient and had the BEST bed side manner I've experienced. The nurse, and front desk staff were also so kind and compassionate.

Very helpful and got my husband something right away for pain. Very kind people who cared about husband's problem. They were also very quick to see him. I don't see how some of these people can leave such awful feedback.

This place is HORRIBLE. Staff are rude, and the doctor even worse. Wouldn’t check out my daughter for a service they DO provide, because they thought their uneducated guess was the best option, before even hearing us out. Front desk lady grossly rude as soon as we walked in, nurse had an attitude and was unhelpful, doctor was the worst of all. She looked as if she just rolled out of bed, and came out in immediate defense mode and didn’t even let us ask a question about what we were needing. The service they DID in fact provide, and turned us away to ER to pay $300 more because they wanted to play mean girls club trying to bully people away. DO NOT go here, it’s a waste of time and these people are not professional whatsoever.

BestMed Urgent Care took care of us quickly! My son was having trouble breathing and they got us in and got him breathing normally, as soon as possible. The staff did everything they could for us and gave us a lot of attention. They really seem to care about the patients here
