Was my doctor for 20 years. Only reason I don't use him now is I moved away. Very caring, very knowledgeable, took time to listen to me.

I had a 9:45 appt. to see Dr. Williams for a refill on my blood pressure pills. I arrived at the office and signed in at 9:40. The wait in the waiting room was 45 minutes. When I was called in to the cubicle, I sat waiting to see the Dr. for over an hour, when I realized that the office had become quiet. I opened my door to why, and quickly realized that everyone in the office was having lunch. By then it was 11:30! I asked the receptionist what happened to the Dr. She explained that he was on the phone with the hospital and didn't have time to see me. His assistant thought that I had been seen. I asked her if she could refill my pills, and she said no, that I would have to see the Dr. first. They asked me if I wanted to re-schedule, and I said no, I would never go through that again! My legs and feet were swollen, and my blood pressure was going up. I left in frustration and tears, and will NEVER go back again! I hope they don't send a bill for that NON-APPOINTMENT!!!

Didn’t remember what we talked about at last visit or my procedure. Waited 45 minutes to have a 2 minute conversation with him. Said I’d be referred even though me insurance wouldn’t cover it. Gave me a prescription for an anti fungal without doing any test. Didn’t listen to my complaints.

Dr. Williams is kind and patient and seems really concerned about my family welfare. I would highly reccommend him as your family doctor. He loves kids especially teens and communicates effectively with everyone he interacts with.
