Stay far away from this place! My mother had a procedure done here for her deviated septum - $35,000, after insurance STILL $6,000 out of pocket. Still suffering from the same issues months later and now over a year, she reached out and her doctor reached out multiple times. Reception is RUDE, dismissive, gives the run around and refuses to schedule her or even give her the time of day. She now has fluid in her ear and another infection because her procedure was botched by the doctor that is no longer there. They REFUSE to make the situation right and even acknowledge her. After her primary care doctor attempted to refer her out to another specialist, it was denied because Asante intervened and said "nope, that's our patient". So they refuse to right their wrong, or even acknowledge her but make sure to hinder her getting any further help by correcting the mistake their doctor made! Unbelievable! This place is trash, unprofessional and honestly it's disgusting. We are OVER the run around and will be working with a lawyer to solve this problem since Asante refuses to take accountability.

I showed up for my appointment and was told that the doc was running behind and it would be another 30 minutes so I waited 30 minutes and then I was told it would be at least another hour, possibly more. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. I would like to bill Asante for my childcare, missing work, and my transportation. It’s unfair that the medical industry will charge a patient if they cancel within less than 24 hours but they do this kind of thing to their low income patients with no gesture of justice to make up for it. The staff was polite and friendly so that’s why you get a star. Otherwise there’d be zero stars.

Wow! What an OUTSTANDING & CARING team!!!! I wish I could give them all a raise!!! From the sweet & funny front desk ladies, to the caring and concerned nurse ( Aubri) , all the way to the WONDERFUL, ATTENTIVE, AND ALARMIGLY BRILLIANT doctors- I am so so thankful to be a patient under this offices care!!! Specifically Dr.Tooze, who is a young and enthusiastic freakishly smart and energetic specialist. I have never in my 37 years of dealing with chronic ear issues have had such encompassing care. Highly recommend this facility. 👌 10/10 you guys ROCK!

Receptionist was not helpful. Husband went in for a simple ear flush but the receptionist would not permit him to be seen. He's been seen for the same thing 3 years in a row and told to come in without an appointment because it's such a simple procedure. No go with this person! She looked at past records and confirmed he had been seen without an appointment but still would not assist him. She said she wouldn't schedule an appointment for 3 months? Lack of basic health care and service is a real problem. We pay quite a bit for medical insurance and can't even use it. Doctors have been great but reception not so great.

Let’s just say I ended up having to fly to Nebraska to get treated for an infection they let go on for 6 months. Now I could possibly have a number of issues with my middle ear. First they said it’s an ear infection, and gave me ear drops. Then they said it’s not an infection and I shouldn’t have been using the ear drops because it clogged my ear. Then they gave pseudafed, thinking I’m just congested, and that’s basically the tip of the ice berg. I would refer this place to somebody I want to suffer for a long time while thinking they’re being helped.

Jonathan Miller PA & Jason were wonderful. They explained everything really well, took the time to answer all questions, concerns and were genuinely warm and caring. Their years of experience engendered my trust in them. Usually, for me, that takes time to develop. Jonathan has a ready sense of humor when needed and you leave feeling confident that he will look out for your well-being.

I want to take a moment to give a great Review for Dr Fear and his team! Nothing but amazing things. I have had thyroid surgery in the past and now needing a second one here in 2020 next month. Already Dr Fear and his team have gone above and beyond. A very informative physician who care very passionately about his work!

Courtney Wedgeworth: We are so impressed with not only her knowledge, but her bed side manner. She fixed my grandmas physical ailments but also was empathetic and helped reassure and calm her mentally. It's so refreshing to find a health care professional that truly cares about people and wants them to feel better. She really went above and beyond, I would recommend Courtney a thousand times over. We had a little emergency with my daughter, we was completely new patients for the office, they understand our case and give us an appointment really quick, wich it was a grateful surprise, we saw Dr. Jonathan Miller great person, really professional he was really patient and nice with our girl and really listened to us and answer all our questions, it was a great experience, 100% recomend.
