Asante Outpatient Center's Online Review Report Card

I had a procedure done there on 11/28/22 everyone and I mean everyone was awesome. Starting with the registration. The young lady was super pleasant coming out to greet us. We then went to the surgery dept where the first nurse I wish I got her name because she was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable with warm booties and blankets. And a heater! She made my husband comfortable too offering coffee. Dr Yang came in and introduced himself. He was charming and funny. I got another nurse named Lacey. She was again very friendly. She gave me my sedition telling me it was a spicy cocktail as it might burn. Gotta say felt nothing. Lol. When I woke up I had another nurse Maren who, can you guess? Was also amazing. Giving me a pep talk about my recovery details and seding me out. Even as we were leaving all the doctors and nuroses sitting at their computers wished us a great day! Everyone we came in contact with was great!

I got an ACL replacement and meniscus repair with Dr. Nugent aka Dr. Dreamy Surgery went very well, he seemed to actively research and utilize the newest and best forms of surgical care, was incredibly knowledgeable and I have never had a problem reaching him or a member of his team promptly with questions and concerns. Who I was incredibly impressed with were the OR nurses and PA’s that took care of me post surgery. My anesthesiologist understood my anxiety and helped to medicate me accordingly and administered my nerve blocks without pain (which is way more than I can say for that of my last surgery at OSU Sports Medicine) Obviously I was heavily sedated and don’t remember much of my interactions with anyone that day. But not even the anesthesia could let me forget the PA John G. He was professional, nurturing, and intuitive. Like having an old friend douse me with pain killers and oxygen lol. 10/10 would recommend

Receptionists were friendly & helpful and the doctors that met with us for consultation were amazing! Explained everything thoroughly & really took their time with us (my daughter) Even popped back in the room to let us know the doc would be just a little longer than expected, always updating us & not just leaving us waiting. We are from Roseburg area & arent used to being attended to with such friendly promptness, this is a new experience for us when it comes to medical attention. Will be coming here from now on. 5 stars across the board.

I'm only giving 3 stars because of bad services while iat the end check-in at the medical center but I also had great services.

Poor medical service. MD did not even know what kind of sutures material was used on my husband's finger tip amputation. He could have read the ED report and made professional decisions based on what was written. I will not go back to

Slow slow slow SLOW! I came in due to major heart and lung pain and they told me it'd be 2+ hours to see a doctor. You'll die before getting helped here

For physical therapy, this is the place to go. No hesitation, the staff, everyone involved with my care are the best. Having experienced PT years ago, I was not looking forward to participating with treatments that really weren’t going to accomplish much. How wrong I was! My issues were spine, neck, knee and shoulder from a car accident. My assigned PT Team actually made huge improvements, including my lower neck that hasn’t been 100% —for YEARS!!! Highly recommend! p.s. It’s rare for me to rate anything with 5 stars. Whether it’s a restaurant, auto service—anything, it must be exceptional to me to rate this high. Um, actually health care —it better be a 5 star!

Doc Martin and Doc Lin repaired a sports related injury on me. The surgery went very well and I have healed up much faster than expected with no residual pain. I felt a high level of concern from the staff involved and was taken care of extremely well. Highly recommended.

We are unfortunately regulars at Asante's urgent care as one of my two children are constantly hurting themselves and/or have something going on that requires medical attention on short notice that is non emergent. We love the staff here they are always caring and compassionate. Every time we have been in and out really quickly and I love that they give a follow-up up call about 2 days after you are seen to check if you have any questions and that you are recovering as expected.
