Worst hospital ever.there is no words to discibe them there Racist doctors and nurses
My Dad had hip surgery yesterday. Staff is Rude.and seem to not care was finely allowed in the recovery room to see him nurse was rude and said you have 10 minutes and even timed it unreal then later gave my Dad a sandwich in a bag marked Bio hazard
Overall good service, but you might have to answer the same questions about 2-6 times. I wish they would communicate with each other.
The fact that my mother in law has a heart condition and every-time she’s gone, they’ve either almost killed her or did nothing. A couple months ago they admitted her and gave her too much of a medication to slow her heart rate and almost killed her! Then, She went this evening and they left her in a room with her monitors going off! And did not a darn thing about it! Prior to that they treated her as if she was unintelligent when she discussed her medical conditions! All for her to just end up at home with nothing done about it. It breaks my heart because, what if she was dying? What if she was on her death bed? I know for certain they would not do a thing about it. Just the same as almost every hospital in this state had failed my own mother!!!
Why put yourself thru this kind of mistreatment I did and what a mistake. But then I made the drive to Providence hospital in medford and discovered the Providence difference what a great place with great staff never been treated so well. Assante could learn alot from this facility but don't seem to want to make a difference shame on you asante. O did I mention the people that vandalized or trump signs work at this hospital and so do most of his friends, mostly a liberal hospital. Recently had 3 different doctors warn me about going to this facility, all said return to Providence.
This place is neglectful and bad they neglected my grandmothers needs and pumped her full of drugs she didn’t need because of how she looked (recovered drug addict) and now they are doing the same thing to my friends uncle because he’s homeless. Pumping him full of drugs and putting nicotine patches on him when he doesn’t smoke or vape and when her aunt checked on him he had a big wound on his leg that they left untreated for days claiming they didn’t notice even though they have seen it multiple times when changing his bed pan. I am disgusted with this whole hospital the medical negligence is absolutely ridiculous. If you get brought here get a transfer. They don’t care about you.
This place is a total rip off. I am new to town and had some ear pain. I work for Rogue Community College as a full time faculty member and have MODA health insurance. When I got there I thought that I had an ear infection and that they would probably prescribe anti-biotics, but after about 30 seconds of the doctor's time, she diagnosed me as having a hematoma in my ear canal. She prescribed me steroid drops and sent me on my way. I tried the drops and they made things worse. So I waited it out for a week and things just got better. I wish I hadn't gone there at all. The worst part is that for that short, useless visit they charged me 988.60. Since my insurance has a contract with them, they were forced to reduce it. But what I thought was a $40 copay, ended up still being almost $300 my end. And that is after the insurance paid a couple hundred dollars. I think I am going to let everyone I know at the college know of my dissatisfaction with this service, and their greed. I wont be back there again. Also, keep in mind, that even though I asked the lady at the front counter where the Urgent care was and she directed me down the hall to what they now call "Immediate Care", it is not urgent care. Deceptive! Also, the billing person was absolutely no help with reducing what should have been a $40 copay on my part. Save yourself the heartache and frustration, and don't use this place.
YOUR HEALTH INFORMATION IS NOTE SAFE. Just got a letter that me records along with many other patient records were breached and they have all of our private information!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very kind at registration :) just an image of my femur today :D
Took my 3 year old daughter there this weekend cause I was unsure if she got cleaner in her eye. It was a complete accident (she’s a toddler) and wanted to make sure she was okay and didn’t get anything in her eye. She was complaining about it. An hour in the waiting room and an hour waiting to be seen in a room with no one to come check on us. I pressed the nurse call button and the nurse was extremely rude to me, he told me there was more emergent patients then my daughter told me I could leave if I didn’t want to wait. Called the eye doctor after we left and said they should’ve immediately flushed her eye regardless how long it could’ve been taken a doctor to see her. They refused to acknowledge her pain cause she can’t talk very well and ended up getting antibiotics and actual help elsewhere. Worst experience ever!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
