Horrible care during two day stay. Placed in emergency room for2 days to wait for a bed at Providence for surgery on my leg. Desk workers who were not CNA'S gave painful care. I was literally thrown out by a nurse who said I "was out of there against doctors advice". They said I asked to leave, which I did not. I turned them in. and the Investigator lied about what happened stating my family came to get me ~ untrue, I have no "family " living in Oregon. I had to pay someone to drive me to Providence Hospital. Truth is, I asked one of the desk workers to put a a bed pan by my bed and a turd rolled off on the floor when I used it - that's why I got kicked out.

First time I had been to the Dr. The staff was friendly and my office visit was only 10 minutes waiting and the Dr was in to see me within another 5 -10 minutes. This was a referral from a friend and I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone else who may need a foot Dr. regards!!!

Dr Castle is very GOOD, BUT THE STAFF is totally BAD. I have had 3 BAD experiences with them, and will have no more. Will find a new Dr. Because of their total bad service.

Either the doctor or his staff are flakes, they do not follow through with anything. Doctor Castle semmed unsure about My wifes foot and so his office gave us the run around. We finally gave up on him. We went to Medford and saw a Exelent Doctor (dr. Mc Clure) and my Wife had her surgery and all went good. If You need a good Doctor go to Medford foot and ankle and You will be treated Right

Dr.Castle is a great doctor however I don't understand why a patients time isn't important to doctors anymore. I arrived 30 minutes early was told by receptionist they were running on time but now still sitting in waiting area 58 minutes after my appointment. Wrong
