We need more Dr. Lali's in this world there's nobody more kind,or caring as that man BEST dr. In grants pass you all can learn from that man on how to treat people he was an amazing dr.

Practically all my life I’ve trusted and felt comfortable with the Grants Pass Clinic but I’ve noticed for the last several months there’s been a lot of changes. One of the changes was that I’m no longer going there ( not my choice). My care was terminated.The clinic isn’t what it used to be. I don’t know if it’s Covid related or the fact that the policies have changed. It’s not the same anymore and I miss how it used to be. But that’s a door that I had to close.

I'm looking for a new Dr. I tried to connect online to complete new patient forms, but they have nothing available. So I stopped in. The front door is still gaurded like Covid at its worst. The woman there was so curt, rude in fact with her inflated sense of power and position. I'm sorry but if that's the face of your company? I mean maybe she's having a bad day. But worse then everyone elses? I'm looking for a doctor who cares. A doctor who isn't greedily booked every 10 minutes. A Doctor who will listen to me. Get to know me so that when I say I'm hurting he will know I am, because I don't say it often. But this lady told me to leave with my paper? So i guess we'll never know will we? Because I don't want to be treated like cattle being shoved thru the line towards the kill pen. I realize that employees are hard to find right now. But Hello do the best at your job or get something you enjoy.

Great doctors whom are clean, friendly, and very professional. When it comes to scheduling they always seem to fit us in on those last minute appoinments when needed!!

Met Dr. Hunt for the first time today. She is very caring and diagnosed the problem right away. Listened to what I had to say. A real asset to the clinic.

My kids go here to the pediatrics office and they LOVE IT! And that makes me love it too. I went through 5 different pediatricians in grants pass and Medford until I found Erin Clarke. She is a nurse practitioner but she knows what she is doing. She takes her time with my boys and is very calm and kind. I have never had to wait because so far she has always been on time. The office is quick to accommodate my kids same day any time they’re not feeling good. I am just so so happy here. Highly recommend! My kids actually enjoy going to the doctor! All the providers there have been really great.

When my original doctor left to go to another practice, I was then assigned another doctor who also left before I could be seen by her, and then another doctor (Cady Knight) who was incredibly flaky. I made an appointment with Cady in 2020 and she canceled on me a total of three times so I stopped attempting to reschedule and have refused to go back ever since. I'm currently looking for a new PCP and will not return to GP Clinic. I definitely do not recommend going there.

I will no longer be taking my daughter here after her 2 month well child visit. Dr Phillips is an ok doctor but spends 5 min or less in the room with my child and I. He also does not wear gloves or ask when touching my child. What really made me leave was when one of the assistants over saturated my babies 2 week old blood sample which had to be redone, so repuncture of her foot... and the same assistant did her 2 month well child shots, making my daughter cry tears before she was even poked because she was handling her too rough and wouldn't allow me to hold her but wanted her to just lay on the table so she could pin her leg down with her thigh which was way too much pressure in my opinion if your making my kid scream and you haven't even poked her yet 😠
