He is a very professional Dr. He identified my problem, and got me into surgery in a very timely manner. I am very relieved that he fixed my shoulder, and I can use my arm again. The facility and staff were also awesome!

After experiencing shoulder pain for 10+ years I was told that this procedure might help. Dr. Nugent was about as confidant as any doctor I've ever talked to. And we was not joking. I was back to work in less than 3 weeks (I work in a warehouse) and basically pain free for the first time in years. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has shoulder pain.

I had left and right shoulder surg by Dr Nuggent and he is the Best. Physically Theropy at the same place with Zarra and she is the Best. but all the P.T.are great. are Great are great.

I was seen for a torn meniscus and ACL, a week later I had surgery! Not only did he save my knee but also saved my job! Absolutely happy with my results at 6 weeks post OP! Looking forward to having a fully recovered knee! Thank you so much! I highly recommend Dr.Nugent and his nurses and anesthesiologist team!

Doctor Nugent repaired my Rotator cuff and do an excellent job!! The staff were all awesome! Physical therapy at Asante was great!! Wound be recommending them to anyone needing this surgery!!

I would NOT recommend this orthopedic at all. I woke up with extreme left shoulder pain on Sunday. Went to ER that evening. Was told that I needed to see Dr. Nugent within the next 24-48 hours. Since he was so good with a co worker, I felt I was in good hands. ER sent the orders. Later Monday evening I was in extreme pain. We had already called Dr. Nugent's office about an appointment and was told it was in referral mode still. After crying, vomiting from the pain, and begging, my husband took me to Providence ER on Monday night. Less than 12 hours after I had been discharged from Three Rivers Medical ER in Grants Pass. Providence quickly found out that I had an infection in my shoulder joint and was beginning with Sepsis Arthritis! A dirty infection that eats away at a joint in 4-5 days and can be deadly. I was treated with heavy antibiotics and a shoulder aspiration. That was 3 days ago and Dr. Nugent's office still HASNT called me for my orthopedic appointment! But amazingly the orthopedic that did the shoulder aspiration has already called me to check on me and schedule the next appointment to make sure the infection hasnt permanently damaged my joint. So no way would I recommend this slow Orthopedic and I shudder at what could have happened had we waited for Dr. Nugent's office to call us.

I had surgery on my left shoulder on the 29th of January of 2019. Dr. Nugent is a straight forward..to the point..type. That helped me because even at 30 years old i was very nervous about this surgery. I'll have you know America, I am in manageable pain,able to sleep (upright of course),and his staff has been more than accommodating. Thank You all. Hoping for a steady recovery. P.s. the pump helps!
