Every time we have a scheduled appointment she always is over an hour wait after the scheduled appointment time. You'd think if she takes her time with her patients they would space the patients out farther. This is a continuing reoccurring thing. Not just a one time thing.

I am a gastric sleeve patient with low B12. I wanted a refill on my B12 shots. He have me oral pills that do not absorb properly. Did not listen, and misread my insurance pharmacy benefits. After waiting 2 hrs for an appointment.

Meeting doctor Nguyen for the first time was very nice. She seemed to ask me all the right questions. She had spent time going over my records. She seemed familiar with my meds and my problems. That impressed me plus she was personable and looked me in the eye. So for the first time visit she's got five stars, I'll let you know more in 6 months. Oh, one more thing, she didn't appear to rush. I was impressed with her, overall.

I would NOT recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone. I went to him several times and he does seem nice enough but when I told him I knew something was wrong he was not very helpful and actually told me I needed to find a new doctor! I was right. I found out I had a hockey puck sized tumor on my ovary! Thank God it was benign but I ended up with a total hysterotomy. I had to see my previous doctor in Chicago who simply ordered an ultrasound and found it. Dr. Nguyen is what I call a feel good doctor. Only wants to have patients who feel good and are not sick.

He is a pill pusher instead of a medical doctor. I finally quit him when he told me that he had no more tricks left in his bag to help me.
