From scheduling online, easy to do, filling out the paperwork ahead of time streamlined an efficient visit. Then I am greeted, in a welcoming manor, someone was ahead of me and I was acknowledged ...... which I love!!! Being a professional medical person myself, 39 yrs in, I'm a very credible person to recommend OnePeak Medical.Reception, Medical Assistant and Privider were very Happy, pleasant, personable and warm. All of the above has dwindled away in most other practices, and it made me happy just by being there. Now the provider I saw, is April T. This Provider is very knowledgeable about my issue. Everything she interpreted from my symptoms were right on the money, it was my first visit so of course we need lab work to back up a diagnosis, I bet she's correct though. I'm looking forward to a "health care team partnership" if you will, for a long future.ADDENDUM- Sad to say, if it appears to be too good to be true, chances are, it is too good to be true. I'm no longer a patient here due to 4 issues that have come up, that are concerning issues. I am a patient person and my patience has definitely been tried here. It is MY health we're talking about here, and if it is compromised in any way, the healthcare provider, whether it be support staff or the provider is no longer part of MY team. Since I AM a healthcare provider, we'll leave it at that. I still want others to be aware, for their own healths sake.

The entire staff was very attentive and friendly.
