Major remodel
Please be warned. Do not allow Courtyard Fountains access to your loved ones bank account. They will steal your money. They withdrew two months rent from my mother's account AFTER she had moved out. They replaced one months rent. My phone calls to restore the remaining months rent have gone unanswered. I have been trying to resolve this for three months. I beg of you that if you choose this facility for your precious loved one to NOT give them access to their bank account. They help themselves to your loved ones money with no regard as to whether it is legal. So sad. Be protected. Stay away from Courtyard Fountains.
We were very pleased with our tour(s). On our first tour we concentrated on seeing the apartments. Anne was so pleasant and spent the time we needed to get many questions answered. We never felt rushed or that we were taking too long. On our 2 Nd tour we spent time looking at the amenities and discussing the dining options. Again Anne took the time with us that we needed. I again asked lots of questions and Anne either had the answers or know who to ask to get the answers. We feel like the Courtyard Fountains will be a great place to live.
Very honest very helpful with trying to help relocate my mother
I came here to live and my son moved me. Apartments are luxurious and I was greeted with flowers and goodies..... People and staff are amazing.
When I came to visit the first time, I found a most cordial reception from Anne Whitlock, with Community Relations and she introduced me to Ryan Bethke, Sales Director. I was immediately and still am most impressed with the professional joyfulness and willingness to make Courtyard Fountains fit their residents' needs. And this does not end after you have moved into your apartment. The promptly scheduled appointment that morning, included a tour that allowed me to walk comfortably with my walker. I was immediately able to visit residents' apartments who had previously offered to allow this wonderful opportunity for interested couples, widows and widowers, singles who were both handicapped and walking without concern.I was so pleased to be able to move into a lovely apartment in approximately a month. There are fantastic opportunities for activities and a beautiful restaurant-style dining area with exquisite meals. I have wonderful expectations of continued growth and wonderful experiences during my retirement years here with a most professional staff! Oh! and most important are the kind, caring and friendly residents too. When staff members or residents mention that they have been here for 7-8 years -- it is quite easy to understand why and you know you have found the right place. Thank you Courtyard Fountains Retirement Residence. I Love It Here!
Anne gave us a wonderful tour of the facility. We also had a good lunch. All in all Courtyard is very impressive and a good price. That is a pretty hard combo to beat.
Hi Ann
I would have given Courtyard fountain a 5 star rating before my mother passed away. She lived here for 7.5 years. She passed away mid December of last year and we notified the management right away that we would be out by dec 31st and we had her place cleaned out by end of December. Then we were notified we had to pay a half month rent because we DIDN'T give them a 30 day NOTICE !!!! What the hell how do you give a 30 day notice to die. We argued it and then ended up taking that rent out of her security deposit. Called around to other retirement centers and they exclude death on 30 day notice. I would seriously look at this if you are thinking about moving in here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
