From the moment Dr. Melanie Crites walked into the room she was short, snappy, rude, cold, and irritable. I was incredibly uncomfortable throughout the entire appointment. She talked to me like I was stupid. She was very judgemental and dismissed what I was trying to say. She was rough and rushed with her exam, which caused me pain. She clearly did not care. I did not trust her or her decisions. I did not feel valued or cared for as a patient and will not return. You will want to find a different doctor.

I visited Dr. C and I have to say that she was personable and took her time to explain my procedure to me and the various options. I appreciated her bedside manor and her smile. So far she has done a great job in helping with my fears.

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Crites-Bachert. I was having bladder infections all the time. She was so thorough to find the exact cause. I have not had a bladder infection for over one year. I also came to her with a problem of stress incontinence. I was going to be able to take a trip to Norway. I asked her what can I do to deal with incontinence on such a long trip. I was despite to get help so I could enjoy this trip. She found the solution, made my trip a JOY.
