I've gone to Dr. Craft for many years and regardless of my insurance I will continue to go to him. He never seems rushed or pushy and takes time to answer any questions I have in terms I can understand. His confidence and knowledge puts a person at ease.

DR. Craft diagnosed and saved my eyesight when many other dr's and optimoligests didn't have a clue. He listens, he cares, and cures. what more can I say. He is the best including his staff.

Many doctors I have had in the past seem to be backing out the door as soon as they come in. This is not the case with Doctor Craft. He always seems unhurried and willing to listen to all of my concerns. He is very thorough and with me his diagnoses have always been spot on. His pleasant bedside manner combined with his sense of humor help make for a great visit. When needed he has seen me on the same day I called in. Seldom do I wait more than a few minutes to see him. He typically returns my phone calls the same day. From me, he gets an A-Plus. His support staff are pleasant and efficient.

This Dr. Was my caregiver when I was in rehabilitation from a vehicle accident. He didn't answer his pager all weekend, and I suffered through vomiting and nausea waited for him to approve anti nausea meds. Which he did after The weekend and well into the evening. Said he never got any of the texts from the several nurses who called and texted his office. He did the same thing when I was being discharged. I was told he would discharge me at noon. He made me wait in my room till 4:45 pm with all my stuff packed to go home. Before he could be bothered to walk to sign my paperwork and write a prescription to take home. FYI. Their office said " he's walking back To sign it now " at Noon. I would never be under his care again. And I feel for those who are. I would give him no star if that was an option. Showed no interest in my care.

Very excellent Internist. Thoughtful and very knowledgeable. Have been his patient for over 20 years and fully trust his knowledge and skills. His staff is great also.

Great bedside manners, friendly and corteous but with my care he missed big times even thou I had him as my MD for over 10 years but compared to other new Dr.'s that I have tried, at least he does not have a machine and a person following him around when you are talking to him
